Can I install the furniture myself?
Yes. Our online products are designed for easy self-installation and include clear, step-by-step instructions to guide you through the process at home.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We provide delivery for both standard products and custom projects, whether it’s a single piece or a larger installation. Our team ensures everything is handled properly from shipment to arrival.
Can I meet with the team in person?
Yes. You are welcome to visit our office and meet with our team in person. You’ll be able to speak directly with our designers, explore material samples, and receive guidance and recommendations for your project.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes. We offer full virtual consultations where you can meet with one of our team members or designers to discuss your project. This option is ideal for clients who are not located in Miami but would still like to work with us.
Are your materials durable and long-lasting?
Yes. We use high-quality materials designed for durability and long-term use. We offer a wide range of textures and finishes, all selected to provide a clean, refined result across any space you choose to work on.
How does the custom design process work?
The process begins with reviewing your space and discussing your ideas with one of our designers. We recommend bringing inspiration images from platforms like Pinterest, Google, or Instagram to help us better understand your vision.
Once we have the necessary details and measurements, our team creates a design and prepares a quote. After approval, production begins using our CNC machinery to ensure precision and quality.
When the project is completed, it is delivered to your location and, if selected, professionally installed by our team. The process concludes with a fully finished space ready for use.
Do you work only locally or nationwide?
We work nationwide across the United States, offering delivery and installation services regardless of your location.
Can I customize a standard product?
Yes. Standard products can be customized, and any modifications can be discussed directly with our designers. Once we understand the changes you would like to make, we will prepare a personalized design and provide a custom quote based on your specifications.
Do you work with homeowners, contractors, and architects?
Yes. We work with a wide range of clients, including homeowners, contractors, architects, interior designers, and more. Our team has the capacity to handle projects of various sizes, from single units to larger, full-scale installations.
What is your return policy?
For standard products purchased through our online store, returns are accepted within a limited period after delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have already been assembled or installed are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs may apply.
For custom projects, returns are not accepted. Each piece is made specifically based on the client’s requirements, including design, materials, and exact measurements discussed during the planning process.
However, if any item arrives damaged or there is an issue related to our production or delivery, our team will take full responsibility and resolve the situation accordingly.
